CC1W Wireless Load Cell
The model CC1W is revolutionary new wireless pump off control load cell. The CC1W utilizes the same design attributes as our established CC1 but eliminates the need for the cable connection.
The load cell is powered by a readily available D-cell battery that can power the unit for 12 – 18 months.
The technology behind the CC1W sets it apart from all wireless products currently available in the market. The primary advantage is an extremely low power consumption, which is able to deliver a continuous flow of data, high signal strength and a long battery life. In addition, the CC1W offers built-in position sensing capabilities, which is synchronized with the load measurement, eliminating the need for hall effect sensors or inclinometers.
The CC1W is made up of two parts, the load cell and a base unit.

CCWR
The CCWR is a wireless communication kit that can be retrofitted to any existing POC load cell currently in use in pump-off control systems within the oil and gas industry.
The purpose of the kit is to replace the conventional wired connection, which can degrade over time due to the repetitive motion of the pump jack. The CCWR eliminates the cable by creating a wireless connection between the POC load cell and the base unit, located inside or near the controller box. This means eliminating costly well shutdown due to cable failure. The CCWR comprises of two parts; the remote wireless unit which attaches to the load cell, as well as the base unit which is mounted nearby.
The CCWR is at the forefront of wireless technology in the current market. It has extremely low power consumption and a long battery life, delivering a continuous flow of data with exceptional signal strength. It features a position-sensing capability, which is synchronized with the load measurement, eliminating the need for hall effect sensors or inclinometers.
The unit comes in a robust enclosure ideal for harsh environmental conditions. The battery compartment is easily accessible and holds an inexpensive and readily available D-cell battery.

CC1 / CC1B Compression Load Cell (30K Lbs & 50K Lbs)
The CC1 family of compression load cells are primarily designed for use as polished rod (pump off control) sensors in oil and gas pumping applications. Full stainless steel construction and hermetically sealed, the CC1 can withstand the harsh environments associated with pumping systems ensuring long term stability and fault free operation. A range of output are available, comprising of analogue mV/V and 4-20mA. ATEX certification is available.

CC3 Compression Load Cell
The CC3 polished rod load cell is specifically designed for the oil and gas industry to address pump off control monitoring in well automation. The CC3 provides a rugged, steel casting, that is impervious to shock loading, moisture ingress and fatigue failures. The CC3 features a Nickel plated 4340 steel sensing element which increases performance and reliability. The assembly includes a powder coated housing, UV resistant sealants with an environmental seal rated to IP67. The CC3 also carries HazLoc approvals for intrinsically safe operation in Class 1, Division 1 environments.
