We ask questions and we listen. We understand safety and productivity are critical issues facing our customers in the demanding and dynamic industry of oil and gas production. We seek solutions. Silverstream Energy proudly manufactures and distributes a suite of unique products to help our customers solve artificial lift problems, specifically related to rod pumped wells.
The cornerstone product of Silverstream is the RotaTap Rod String Spacer/ Rod Rotator, which is proudly manufactured in North America. We are committed to exceptional quality and our vendor partners adhere to strict quality and performance standards. Highly qualified field training from local distributor partners and Silverstream is available for initial RotaTap installations, as well to provide ongoing field and product support.
Our History
We are a private company, driven to offer practical, field proven product solutions. We are based in Western Canada, Alberta and currently market our products across North America. Before adding a product to our suite of solutions, it must address one or more of the following criteria:

Who We Serve
Our customers are typically oil and gas producers frustrated by rising safety risks and maintenance costs, who are open to trying a new approach.
As an example, the expense associated with rod string wear, rod pump damage due to inaccurate rod string spacing or traditional rod rotator failures can add up on a rod pumped well. RotaTap™ reduces safety risks to oilfield personnel and may save thousands in annual maintenance costs, while improving production rates.

Tracie Reed
Founder / President
Tracie’s been in the oil and gas manufacturing industry since 2012. She enjoys the challenge and the complexity of the industry, where there is always space for entrepreneurs who listen, solve problems, work hard and value integrity. Tracie holds a Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and brings a wealth of experience from diverse industries. On the weekends and evenings, you will find her spending time outdoors with her family & her dog. She enjoys travelling, running, reading and her Spanish is a work in progress.

Peter Schmeiler
Key Account Sales Representative
Key Account Sales Representative. Peter has held various sales and entrepreneurial roles in the oil and gas industry during his 30+ years in the industry. He is driven to get answers for his customers and offer unique solutions to their problems. We feel very fortunate to have Peter’s advice and perspective, and he is a valued member of our team. In his spare time, Peter enjoys spending time with his family and he generously volunteers a great deal of his time coaching minor football and soccer.

Accounting
Lori brings her many years of experience in oil and gas accounting to our administration team. Her attention to detail and work ethic are unmatched. In her spare time, Lori spends time with her family, enjoys hikes with her husband, reading, visiting her parents in BC, and cheering for the Stampeders during football season.

Flintec – Quality and precision are Flintec’s strengths. We distribute Flintec’s wired and new wireless load cell solutions within Canada and select US markets. Flintec are market leaders in other key vertical markets, we look forward to working with them to grow the oil and gas market in North America.
Atabaec – The Atabec Safety Lock locks out pumpjacks in less than 1 minute, minimizing down time and optimizing operational maintenance. It maximizes safety goals by keeping workers out of the line of fire and reduces environmental impact by decreasing traffic at well sites for maintenance and inspection.
Well Site Guard – Well Site Guard spill containment systems help eliminate the risk and expense associated with an leaks and soil contamination at the well head.
